No returns or exchanges on personalized items. Any non-personalized items must be approved by KC Creations prior to return authorization. If return or exchange is accepted by KC Creations, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. Customer has 7 days after receipt of completed items to contact KC Creations Custom Embroidery and more, LLC to discuss any concerns regarding their order. We are NOT responsible for wrong color, sizes, or style if it matches the Quote/Art that was approved. KC Creations Custom Embroidery and More, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to customers who do not meet minimum purchase requirements or our Community Standards. Payment is due at the time of order. No Mock-Up or Art will be rendered until art fee, digitizing OR full invoice is paid for. Turnaround time is currently 2-4 weeks after payment is received (based on availability of product). Rush orders can be accommodated at an additional charge upon request. KC Creations Custom Embroidery and More, LLC is not responsible if requested garments become out of stock or discontinued from the garment vendor. KC Creations will give the customer the option of a refund for the newly out of stock or discontinued garments, or the customer can request to be put on a backorder list. If garment is discontinued and backorder is not an option, customer will receive a refund for only discontinued garments. By purchasing any product from KC Creations Custom Embroidery and More, LLC, customer agrees to photo rights release. KC Creations Custom Embroidery and More, LLC has exclusive rights to post, share, and upload photos of all completed items to any social media or online platform. Customer agrees that use or purchase of any product from KC Creations Custom Embroidery and More, LLC is entirely at customer's own risk. Customer specifically acknowledges that the company, nor the owners or members of the company are not liable and the risk of injury rests entirely on the customer. Neither the company, nor any of its owners or agents, are liable in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of any products. Customer acknowledges that this section shall apply to any content of the product. If any other thread type other than polyester thread is needed (glow in the dark, flame resistant thread, rayon thread, etc.), customer must request and it must be added to the quote or invoice. KC Creations Custom Embroidery and More, LLC uses polyester thread unless otherwise specified by the customer. KC Creations Custom Embroidery and More, LLC is not responsible for replacement/reimbursement should customer supplied items become damaged in the embroidery process. All items must be new; KC Creations will not embroider on previously worn garments (exceptions may be made at the discretion of business owners). Your products are your responsibility. Customer supplied garments cannot be guaranteed in any way. In the event of any damage to the item, we will not be able to replace the item or issue a refund for any materials used for the project. By accepting the quote and paying for the service, customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Screen prints and direct to film colors may vary based on digital rendering vs actual ink. Ink used is included but not limited to plastisol ink, water based DTF, DTF, and elasti-films. If any other type of ink is needed, customer must request and it must be added to the quote or invoice. Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any logos that are provided to KC Creations Custom Embroidery and More, LLC do not fall under trademark or copyright laws. Neither the company, nor any of its owners or agents are liable in any way for violations of copyrighting or trademark laws when dealing with a customer's logo requests. By ordering any product from KC Creations Custom Embroidery and More, LLC, customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
